SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERY POLICY

Most of our items are stocked & available for next day delivery. Next day delivery items are to UK only & will be shipped next working day if ordered before 4pm Monday - Friday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Some orders may be custom ordered and can take 2 weeks for the item to be ready to ship out, we always aim to have it to you as quickly as possible. Any items that need to be custom ordered we will let you know in the decription & checkout.

All items can be shipped worldwide within 5-7 days.

RETURNS

What can be returned: All of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

  1. Contact Customer Support to first give us a full reason for the returned item and to obtain a unique return code, please state if it is a refund or exchange.
  2. Write your order ref No.  in a conspicuous place on the outside or in a piece of paper of the return parcel.
